This super delicious and easy to make Lotus Biscoff cheesecake will be eaten in seconds! Made with just four simple ingredients and without oven! No baking, no gelatine and no eggs. Everyone can make it! Spring form cake tin size 20cm / 8 inches. Measuring cup size 240ml. RECIPE: Base: 200g Lotus Biscoff biscuits 80g (1/3 cup) melted unsalted butter Cheesecake layer: 500g (2 + 1/4 cup) cream cheese 400ml (1 + 2/3 cup) heavy whipping cream (double cream) 250g (1 cup) Biscoff spread Topping: 200g (3/4 cup) Biscoff spread 1 heaping tbsp Biscoff spread for dripping 5-6 Lotus Biscoff biscuits for the crumbs 2 biscuits for decoration Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
