RECIPE:
Base:
200g Lotus Biscoff biscuits
80g (1/3 cup) melted unsalted butter
Cheesecake layer:
500g (2 + 1/4 cup) cream cheese
400ml (1 + 2/3 cup) heavy whipping cream (double cream)
250g (1 cup) Biscoff spread
Topping:
200g (3/4 cup) Biscoff spread
1 heaping tbsp Biscoff spread for dripping
5-6 Lotus Biscoff biscuits for the crumbs
2 biscuits for decoration
