These super delicious and easy to make mini Ferrero Rocher cheesecakes will be eaten in seconds!
Made with just few simple ingredients and without oven! No baking, no gelatine and no eggs. Everyone can make it!

RECIPE:
makes 6 mini cheesecakes.

100g Bourbon biscuits
25g melted unsalted butter
100g (1/2 cup) soft cheese (cream cheese)
100g (1/2 cup) hazelnut chocolate spread (Nutella)
100ml (1/2 cup) heavy whipping cream (double cream)
25g (1/4 cup) roasted hazelnuts
50g dark chocolate
75ml (1/3 cup) heavy whipping cream (double cream)
6 Ferrero Rocher chocolates

Store in the freezer in the muffin cases for up to 3 months,
or remove the cases and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
