RECIPE:
makes 6 mini cheesecakes.
100g Bourbon biscuits
25g melted unsalted butter
100g (1/2 cup) soft cheese (cream cheese)
100g (1/2 cup) hazelnut chocolate spread (Nutella)
100ml (1/2 cup) heavy whipping cream (double cream)
25g (1/4 cup) roasted hazelnuts
50g dark chocolate
75ml (1/3 cup) heavy whipping cream (double cream)
6 Ferrero Rocher chocolates
Store in the freezer in the muffin cases for up to 3 months,
or remove the cases and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
