Today, I baked biscotti for the first time in a long time.
I uploaded a vegan biscotti recipe from my favorite channel, '기메'.
I've tried no oil, no egg, but no sugar... Will it taste good?
It's delicious.
I added raisins because it tastes too healthy without any sweetness.

[Ingredients]
100 g steamed pumpkin
100 g whole wheat flour
100 g almond flour
90 g soy milk (depending on the moisture level of the pumpkin)
65 g nuts (whatever you have on hand)
40 g raisins
5 g baking powder
A pinch of salt (not in the video ;-))

Baked at 180 degrees for 20 minutes + remove and cut, 180 degrees for 10 minutes + flip and bake for another 10 minutes.
