Kampung Naga is located in Tasikmalaya, West Java, is a village inhabited by a group of people who are very strong in holding the customs of their ancestors. What makes this village unique is the village's policy of rejecting modernization. They all live as they are without electricity and electronics.
For Naga residents, living in harmony with nature is a necessity. Including maintaining the mandate of loyalty to ancestral traditions or karuhun.
There is a sacred forest called Leweung Biuk with an area of only about 1.5 hectares. The forest is guarded from generation to generation according to the ancestors. Not just anyone can enter the forest. Naga residents believe that their lives will not be saved if the forest is not cared for.
