Add melted butter, flour, and salt. Mix in a mixer with the dough hook attachment on second speed for 5 minutes. The dough should feel sticky and tacky but should not stick to your fingers. After 5 minutes let dough rest for 2 minutes then mix again for 2-3 minutes. On a floured surface, knead the dough just to shape into a ball. Place the dough in an oiled bowl. Cover it with plastic wrap or kitchen towel and let it rise for about 11/2 hours in a warm place or until doubled in size. Once the dough rises, turn it out onto a table and cut it into 15 pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a ball and place them in the 9×13-inch pan covered with parchment paper. Cover the dinner rolls with plastic wrap and let rise another 45--60 minutes in a warm place or until puffed. Bake at 400 for about 13-15 minutes. Immediately brush the dinner roll with melted butter and sprinkle with kosher salt. Let it cool to room temperature before serving. Enjoy. Bon Appetit.
