We're back!
This episode follows a sweet Saturday where not much went down but we couldn't help but pick up the camera with such good weather and not much else to do! Burgers, beer, sunshine and the water..
Fast forward a few days and you find us back at the engine bay once the parts for our Webasto diesel heater arrived. We took the whole unit apart and cleaned it twice the last time we tried to fix it, while we were out on the cut - unfortunately we had no luck and so just bought a whole new burner unit.
It did the trick! We felt really quite anxious waiting for the fuel to reach and after four tries we almost called it a night.. but on the fifth! Hey presto! It kicked in and ran better than before!
No more cold mornings for us! Thank you so much to all those who comment and send us super kind messages of support, boats are great when they're fully functioning but not so much left out in the cold.. We really do enjoy the convenience of the radiators in the cooler mornings, and especially during the Spring when the weather is all over the place. We can keep warm without having to light the fire..
And just like that, we wait for the next task..
