Focaccia Ingredients: Bread flour 150g French bread flour T55 70g Sugar 5g Salt 2g Instant yeast 1g Drinking water 180g Olive Oil 15g Rosemary (fresh/dry) 2 tablespoo+- Sea salt 1/2 teaspoon+- Olive oil 2 teaspoon+- **Preheat Oven** **Bake 230C 25min** Remarks: 1. Use luke warm water if weather is cold. Use room temperature water if weather is hot. 2.
