Focaccia
Ingredients:
Bread flour 150g
French bread flour T55 70g
Sugar 5g
Salt 2g
Instant yeast 1g
Drinking water 180g
Olive Oil 15g
Rosemary (fresh/dry) 2 tablespoo+-
Sea salt 1/2 teaspoon+-
Olive oil 2 teaspoon+-
**Preheat Oven**
**Bake 230C 25min**
Remarks:
1. Use luke warm water if weather is cold. Use room temperature water if weather is hot.
2. Individual oven might have different characteristics, adjust baking temperature and time accordingly.
免揉海鹽香草麵包
材料:
高筋麵粉 150克
法包麵粉T55 70克
糖 5克
鹽 2克
即溶酵母 1克
飲用水 180克
橄欖油 15克
露絲瑪莉(新鮮/乾) 兩湯匙+-
海鹽 半茶匙+-
橄欖油 兩茶匙+-
**預熱烤箱**
**烤焗 230度 25分鐘**
備註:
1. 冬天天氣宜用暖水. 夏天天氣宜用室溫水.
2. 每個焗爐/烤箱有自己的個性, 可按其個性調節溫度和時間.
