Watch till the end where you can see how much the items collected are worth (it adds up)
steps:
1: find an abandoned building
2: destroy 1 egg on the floor and collect it
3: jump / fly on roof and shoot aliens with mining beam until they retreat
4: repeat and keep going either until all eggs are gone or you have enough
5: go to a space station and sell what you have collected
you can set a base and teleport at the building and keep going back, they do keep respawning.
