Friends, I fell in love with this cottage cheese dough! The kneading is quick, without long waits and flour - minimal quantity. I bake a lot of products from it both in a frying pan and in the oven: pies, pies, cheesecakes, cookies. Soft as feathers and low in calories👍

And now the recipe for 15-16 medium-sized pies:
* all the ingredients are from my refrigerator
250 g of cottage cheese - you can have some fun
1 egg
0.5 tsp salt - no slides
1 tsp Sahara
2 tbsp. sour cream, maybe some
about 200 g of flour, you may need a little more or less - depends on the moisture content of the cottage cheese and the size of the egg
0.5 tsp soda
a little vinegar 0.5-1 tsp. - put out the soda

Filling:
1-2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 onion
1 small carrot
400 g cabbage
130 ml. tomato juice
salt
pepper
Bay leaf
* if you wish, you can add a little sauerkraut - also very tasty!
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, once browned - ready!
