蒜蓉粉絲蒸鮮魷
材料:
新鮮魷魚筒10隻
綠豆粉絲80克
蒜頭3粒
蔥粒適量
辣椒粒適量
處理:
1. 粉絲,清水浸至完全軟身。
2. 魷魚,小心取出魷魚鬚,切去眼睛及魷魚嘴,除去表皮及內臟,清水沖洗乾淨。
3. 蔥,切粒。
辣椒仔,切碎。
蒜頭,去皮,刴碎。
4. 粉絲,已浸至完全軟身,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
5. 蒜蓉,放碗內,加入調味料:
a. 糖半茶匙
b. 生粉1/3茶匙
c. 雞粉1/3茶匙
6. 大火在鑊內燒熱油1湯匙,灒入蒜蓉內,撈勻,加入魷魚,撈勻。
7. 粉絲,放好在碟上,魷魚放上面。
烹調:
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸鮮魷4分鐘。
3. 完成,灑上蔥粒及辣椒粒。
4. 可享用。
Steam squid with garlics and vermicelli
Ingredients:
Squid 10 Nos.
Mung bean vermicelli 80g
Garlics 3 Nos.
Green onion cubes appropriate amount
Chili cubes appropriate amount
Preparation:
1. The vermicelli, soak in tap water until it turns totally soft.
2. The squid, take out tentacles carefully. Cut off their eyes and mouths. Remove skin and intestines. Rinse thoroughly.
3. Green onion, dice in cubes.
Chili, chop well.
Garlics, get them peeled. Chop well.
4. The vermicelli, has already been totally turned soft, rinse thoroughly. Drain.
5. The garlic sauce, put in a bowl. Add seasoning:
a. Sugar 0.5 tsp
b. Tapioca starch 1/3 tsp
c. Chicken powder 1/3 tsp
6. Heat up 1 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok. Pour the oil into the garlic sauce. Mix well. Add in squid, mix well.
7. The vermicelli, put on plate. The squid, put on top.
Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Steam the squid at high flame for 4 minutes.
3. Complete. Put green onion and chili cubes on top.
4. Serve.
