▶ ingredient
○ crepe
3 eggs, 50g sugar, 100g cake flour, 10g cocoa powder, 280ml milk,
25ml vegetable oil
○ cream
150g dark chocolate, 250ml cream
○ ganache
80g dark chocolate, 50ml cream
▶Recipe
1. mix egg and sugar in a bowl
2. sieve flour and cocoa powder together, and mix into the bowl
3. pour milk and oil and mix
4. sieve again
5. bake thinly on frying pan
6. while cake cools down, make cream
7. melt dark chocolate and 50ml heavy cream in microwave
8. whip 200ml heavy cream
9. when much bubble is made, whip with the melted chocolate
10. spread cream on the crapes
11. wrap the crape rolls and put in the fridge for 30 min
12. cut the crape roll
13. plate and put in fridge in 10 min
14. melt the chocolate for ganache in bowl in microwave
15. mix with heavy cream
16. spread ganache on crape and decorate
