This measurement gives 18 to 25 Sausage rolls depending on the size you cut.
I used:
6 cups of all purpose flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
250g of margarine
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 extra egg for sealing and as egg wash
Filling:
14 Sausages
1 onion bulb
Pepper (as desired)
2 seasoning cubes
½ teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of ginger & garlic powder
1 tablespoon of paprika powder
