Ingredients for 10 cakes:
280g All-purpose flour (10 – 12% protein)
a dash Salt
3g instant yeast
50g Sugar
120g Milk
60g egg whites
40g cooking oil
Cooking oil for frying
NOTE:
Fry while maintaining the oil temperature about 180°C - 190°C (356°F -374°F )
Never increase the oil temperature too much.
