The Punisher's not even CLOSE to a villain. Stop it. One of the most frustrating things about modern comic discussion is the attempt to take the character of Frank Castle and turn him into a card carrying supervillain instead of an antihero. It's an odd move and I think it's either rooted in political zeitgeist (which is shortsighted) or an odd idea of what makes a villain.
