【How to buy and recharge a easy card (IC card)】
The following is a brief explanation of how to buy and recharge a Yuyu-Ka (easy card).
Easy card is an IC card that can be used in Taiwan. You can buy one for NT$100 (about $3.50) at the following places.
①Convenience stores (Seven-Eleven, Family Mart, etc.)
②MRT (train station) ticket counters
③ Airport service counters
The best place for travelers to buy Easy card is at MRT (train station) ticket counters, where Japanese and English services are available.
Easy card can be used for shopping and public transportation, and this card offers a 20% discount on public transportation fares, so please take advantage of it!

This time, I visited the most popular tourist spots in Taiwan, Jiufen and Shifen 🇹🇼
On the day of the photo shoot, the area was overflowing with many Taiwanese tourists due to the consecutive holidays in Taiwan, and we were able to fully enjoy our trip despite some happenings that we missed the train, which only runs once an hour.
The "Sky lanterns " ceremony, in which visitors write their wishes on lanterns and hold them up to the sky, was a precious experience that can only be had in Shifen.
