Ingredients
Kerala Ripe Banana-3
Egg -3
Sugar -2tbsp
Salt -
Milk -2tbsp
Ghee or Oil -
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
Cashewnuts - 10-15
Raisins - few
Method
Fry cashew nuts and raisins and keep aside .
In remaining oil or ghee add chopped banana and saute for 5 minutes .
Then add sugar and again cook for 5 minutes . Then keep aside and allow to cool .
In a mixie jar add egg ,sugar ,cardamom and milk .
Blend well ..
In that add fried cashew raisins and cooled banana ..
Heat pan and add some ghee or oil .Then pour the egg banana mix and level with a spoon .
Decorate with some more cahsewnuts and raisins ..
Now close and cook in low flame ..
When Cooked flip to the other side and cook ..
So the tasty Kai Pola (Kaya Pola ) is ready to serve ..
Serve hot ..
If u r using heavy bottomed pan then use a tawa and then keep the sauce pan on the Tawa and cook
