The best possible quality I found. Interview took place at Bootleg Club, Augsburg, West Germany 28.04.1989 and judging by the Bob's t-shirt some part of footage from "Small Parts" too. Rest is unknown. Taken from "Tribal Area DVD-Mag #9".
