A little trip to "Telthusbakken"- an area with small quaint wooden houses, picking wild flowers, making rhubarb jam and vaffles + a rainy summer day.

RHUBARB JAM
500 grams of rhubarb
225 grams of sugar
2 teaspoons of grated ginger
Cut the rhubarb into small pieces (you can peel the rhubarb if you prefer). Add all the ingredients to a pot, bring to a boil, let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Finished!

WAFFLES
4 decilitres flour
1 decilitre sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cardamom
4 decilitres milk
3 eggs
100 grams melted butter
Mix all the dry ingredients. Add the milk gradually. Add the eggs and then the butter in the end. Leave for 30 minutes before making the waffles.
