In today's episode I travel from Medan in North Sumatra to Aceh Tenggara. I stay in Kabupaten Karo at the Hidden Gem, Sajjan Farm Stay. This place is incredible! Indian inspired, all vegetarians, 18 dogs and all accommodation are Tiny Houses.
Here i learn about farming in North Sumatra and why it's one of the best places to grow crops, in Indonesia. I talk to the farmer, Gindo, about the challenges of following your dreams in Indonesia, while we drink the Indonesian alcohol, Tuak.
I then set off for Takengon, as I cross the border into my seventh province, Aceh. While showing you the beauty of Kutacane and Blangkejeren from a birds-view.
