Today is the 4th of July in the US and a few days ago it was Canada Day. If you don't already know, unmarked graves were recently found at multiple residential schools in Canada. The last of these residential schools was closed in 1996. It's important not to forget the history and present reality of the US and Canada, and the people and communities that continue to be oppressed in both.
This list will be updated - again, please let me know @the_emvp on twitter of any resources that should be included.
