The NTSB briefed reporters today on information obtained from the black box of the Black Hawk helicopter that collided with an American Airlines regional jet killing all 67 people on board the two aircrafts. According to the NTSB, pilots in the chopper may not have heard part of a critical message from Air Traffic Control. NBC News’ Senior Correspondent Tom Costello reports.
