👇Ingredients used:--
100gms Medium soya chunks / nutri
Onions & tomatoes (200gms each)
Ginger 3-4 inches
Garlic 10-12 cloves
Green chillies 5-6
1/2 cup mustard oil
2 cinnamon sticks
2 bay leaves
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp roasted cumin / jeera powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 red chilly powder
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup chopped capsicum
1 cup spinach puree (optional)
2 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves
2 tsp ajinomoto / Meat masala/ Kitchen king masala (Use any one thing from these 3)
2 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tsp chilly sauce
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp corn flour or stach whatever is available with you
Butter as much You like 😅🥰
