This was my first motorcycle commute in after Manhattan instituted it's congestion tolls, and honestly... It might be great for us folks on motorcycles! I'll do a full talk on the subject in a few weeks once we feel the true effect, but the streets have been somewhat less backed up, and rides to work have been a BREEZE!
