From minimising material use and carbon footprints to mitigating environmental contaminants like gadolinium, her talk highlighted cutting-edge advancements, such as AI, biodegradable alternatives, and efficient healthcare pathways, offering a vision for a sustainable future, bridging healthcare inequities and global environmental goals.
Linda Moy is a Professor of Radiology at New York University Grossman School of Medicine and has a joint appointment at the NYU Vilcek Institute of Graduate Biomedical Sciences. Her research focuses on diagnostic oncologic imaging, emphasising precision oncology for breast cancer.
Linda serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Radiology. In this role, she is at the forefront of shaping the discourse on medical imaging, particularly in the face of disruptive innovations driven by technology and the re-organisation of patient care delivery.
