OceanGate Titan Hull - Glue Layers Were Breaking Down To Dust - No Clues.

In this video, I discuss how the co-bonded glue layers in the hull were pitiful. Shear forces were breaking down the glue. OceanGate had no way to know. Also, the carbon fiber matrix was not up to specifications.
