Here's a little tour of the tiny house I spent the last year working on. This fall I drove it from Massachusetts to New Hampshire. I lived full time in the tiny house the past 3 months working out the kinks, and I couldn't be happier with the final build. I owe a lot of this build to other Youtube videos and folks willing to help. The tiny house will be an Airbnb as well as my part time home in the summer. The airbnb is located at Barn Door Hostel in Rumney NH. Here's some quick details on the tiny build: -9ftx20x13.5 feet tall - I bought it as a framed out tiny (no lofts or anything, t1-11 siding) -Ecoflow Delta Pro batteries (2) 7.2kwh -6 200watt solar panels on the roof for a total of 1.2kwh of solar (not getting even close to that this winter, we'll see about summer time) -2 15amp with normal romex cable -r13 in walls and r19 in ceiling -11,000 btu direct vent propane heater (only $200 works great) -2 40lb propane tanks in the back with an auto switcher - This winter so far I go though a 40lb tank every 10-15 days (This averages out to being about 60-80 a month for propane. -one 20lb tank for the stove and hot water heater ( lasts at least 3 months) -vented propane hot water heater that has an auto-ignition with water pressure change -all plumbing is on internal walls and PEX -This summer I will be adding more insulation to the wheel wells and floor. -Cabinets were all from home depot, cheap and easy -almost all of the art is from goodwill -The tiny has two co2 alarms as well as a fire alarm and two extinguishers. -I leveled the tiny and lifted it off the tires completely. -The trailer is an old car carrier that has two low slung 3.5k axles - I think the tiny weighs around 6.5-8k without anything in it. -The composting toilet is a Nature's Head -60 gallon water tank seems to last me about a week with showers and dishes (refilled with nearby well via a sled and 5 gallon jugs) - I was able to do the build on my parents property and hangout with my folks -5 min away from some of the BEST climbing in the country!
