Our day started early with excitement and anticipation as we braved the morning mist and boarded the iconic shuttle under the Channel. The promise of discovery awaited us on the other side of the water!
Our first stop took us to the impressive Pevensey Castle, a bastion of history and architecture that whisked us away to bygone times. Exploring the ancient walls and feeling the echoes of the past gave us a deeper insight into England's rich heritage.
Next, we ventured to the mysterious Long Man of Wilmington, an ancient figure towering high above the rolling hills. The anticipation of this encounter with the ancient giant was palpable. Unfortunately, the whimsical English rain decided to play spoilsport and threw a wrench into our plans. But even the rain couldn't disrupt the enchanting atmosphere and spiritual energy of this legendary place.
Despite the weather conditions, we kept our spirits high and enjoyed the beauty of the English countryside. Sometimes, it's the unexpected twists that truly make our journeys unforgettable!
