This is applicable to all types of diets, including a non-keto, keto, female-oriented, and a special cortisol-reducing protocol checklist! It's gonna be fun and hopefully it help making breaking a fast easier for EVERYONE! Let's dive in and I'll see you in the COMMENTS!!
