The journey continued on Day 3, and the teams were more than ready to face whatever challenges laied ahead. What drove them to push beyond their limits? The day’s ride covered 156 kilometers through Namibia’s untamed wilderness, circling the iconic Spitzkoppe. The challenge was the notorious Omururu Riverbed, covering 45 kilometers deep sand, relentlessly challenge their skills and stamina. It was a stretch that would reveal who had truly prepared for the trials of the Int. GS Trophy 2024.
Day 4 brought a fresh challenge for the Int. GS Trophy 2024 contenders, as they left behind the heat of the inland desert and set their sights on the cooler coastline of Swakopmund. After two intense days at the Spitzkoppe camp and with 224 kilometers ahead, 220 of which would be off-road, the competitors prepared themselves for a variety of rugged terrain. It was a ride that would test their limits, but also reward them with breathtaking landscapes as they made their way toward the coast.
