Offshore fishing Seward Alaska: Halibut, Rockfish, Lingcod

A few clips from our trips this past year at Seward Alaska. We caught everything this season from salmon to massive halibut and lingcod. Always a great time in the Prince William Sound with friends and family. Trips offshore never seem to disappoint no matter the weather; there is aways something to look at, catch or take pictures of. These are clips from our trips with Current Affair Charters out of Seward Alaska. They run a 6 passenger boat and are always helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating, even for smaller children.

The fish we catch feed our family through the year; caper halibut and rockfish tacos cant be beat.

We choose to fish in July - August each year in the Sound; the weather has been different each year but usually always fishable.

So far our favorite type of fishing is jigging for lingcod and halibut its the most work but most action and it keeps everyone engaged.
