BAHAN² ;
- 1 keping/70 gr bihun jagung
- 5 buah tahu putih/600 gr
- 1 buah wortel
- 2 batang daun bawang
- 1 cabe merah keriting/bisa ditambah cabe kecil kalo suka pedas
- 1 butir telur
- 1/2 sdt lada butiran
- 2 siung bawang butih ukuran besar
- 1 sdt penuh kaldu bubuk ayam/masako
- 1/2 sdt gula pasir
- 3/4 sdt garam/sesuai selera
- 4 sdm tepung terigu
- penyedap rasa/jika suka
bahan pencelup :
1 butir telur
1/4 sdt garam
1/2 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk/masako

- 5 pieces of white tofu/600 gr
- 1 carrot
- 2 spring onions
- 1 curly red chili / you can add a small chili if you like it spicy
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp granulated pepper
- 2 large cloves of white onion
- 1 full teaspoon of chicken/masako stock powder
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 4 tablespoons wheat flour
- flavoring/optional
dyeing ingredients:
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp powdered chicken stock/masako
