Old bench power supply restoration (AUL210 from 1983)

Today, let's fix and restore a vintage bench power supply (AUL210 made by ZPA Košíře in Czechoslovakia in 1983). It has two adjustable 0-36V 0.2-2A outputs, two 15V 1A outputs and one 5V 2A output.
