Half old chicken, cut smaller 2. Ginger, few slices 3. Rehydrated Mushrooms few pieces, rinsed with hot water 4. Codonopsis pilosula/Dang Shen 1pc, cut smaller 5. Red dates, remove seeds 6. Ginger, 3pcs 7. Goji berries Seasoning 1. Salt appropriate amount Method 1. Place the chicken and few slices of ginger in a wok of cold water. Turn on fire and boil for 2-3min. Drain the chicken and place in a container of cold water. Rinse and set aside 2. Place the chicken, Codonopsis pilosula, red dates, ginger and mushrooms in the claypot. Add 3L water and bring to boil. Turn to low heat and cover it. Simmer for 1-1.5hrs. 3. Add goji berries and cover back. Sit for 10-15min 4. Add salt to taste. 5.
