Ingredients and Measurements:
2 cups grated and dried mango (about 2 large mangos)
2 tbsp. ground geera (cumin seeds)
1 tbsp. mangrile (nigella seeds)
1 tbsp amchar masala (optional- replace with extra geera and mangrile if not using)
2 tsp. salt (or to your taste)
1 head of garlic (8-10 cloves)
8 wiri wiri peppers
1/2-1 cup mustard oil (use more or less depending on how dry the mango is)
