Very easy recipe that always succeeds! In addition to being delicious and delicious, these cookies are the perfect snack that will fill you up and give you energy. With 2-3 you gain strength and feel good about continuing your work in the office, reading, manual work or sports activities.
Materials (approx 40 pcs)
1 glass of orange juice (300 ml)
3/4 cup olive oil (200 ml)
1/3 cup raw sugar (100 g)
1 tsp sweet cinnamon
1/3 teaspoon of cloves
zest of 1 orange
1 vanilla (or 2-3 vanilla capsules)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon of soda
1 teaspoon of ammonia
about 600 g. wholemeal flour
* Optional for sprinkling: Sesame, coarse sugar, oat or wheat flakes

They are kept in the cupboard for a long time but they end very quickly! Be careful not to leave them in obvious places because they are a temptation !!!!
