It stars Mohanlal and Meena, with Sanika Nambiar, Arun Kumar, Seema, Jagathy Sreekumar, and Nassar in supporting roles. The film was produced by Mohanlal for Pranavam Arts. Olympian Anthony Adam was one of the costliest Malayalam films made up to that point.
