How to chant this mantra
• this mantra must be chanted minimum 108 times in one single stretch. If the candidate has more time available, the chanting can be multiplied in cycles of 108. • Keep a meditation mala for keeping the count.• The mantra must be chanted in low volumes in a very subtle way. The voice must come from deep belly space. • The ideal time for chanting this mantra is early in the morning from 4 am. Preferably the chanting must always be before meal and not after the meal. • When this mantra is chanted in group, it gives more powerful results.• For improving marital relationships, this mantra can be chanted together by the couple. This can significantly amplify the effect. • this mantra can be chanted from anywhere. There are no special formalities to chant this mantra. You can even chant it lying on the bed. If you are unable to chant it, play it in the background and meditate on this sound to get the same results of chanting it.
