Pickled cheeses in oil are very popular in our region. Even at our RBB the cheeses prepared in this way enjoy great ratings. And that's why today we're going to make a mix of all the cheeses I like. I used cottage cheese, Gouda, Nive and Camembert. The taste is beautifully complemented by chopped onions with paprika and spices. Leave the pickled cheese in the fridge for at least a week, try to survive the agony. If you endure it, the cheeses will reward you with a great taste.
