Welcome to my channel! Today, I'm excited to share with you a delicious Apple Cinnamon Cake Loaf recipe. This cake is packed with warm cinnamon flavor and sweet apple chunks, making it perfect for any time of the year. Get ready for a comforting treat that fills your kitchen with an irresistible aroma. Let’s get started! Ingredients (Apple Cinnamon Cake Loaf): 2 large eggs 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 100 grams sugar (about 1/2 cup) 113 grams unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled (about 1/2 cup) 120 ml milk (about 1/2 cup) 180 grams all-purpose flour (about 1 1/2 cups) 7 grams baking powder (about 1 1/2 teaspoons) 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 large apple (about 120 grams, peeled and chopped, or about 1 cup) 110 grams brown sugar (about 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon) 3.6 grams ground cinnamon (about 1 1/2 teaspoons) Cake Pan Size: 22 x 13 x 7 cm (9 x 5 x 3 inch) Baking Time: 50-55 minutes at 347°F (175°C) in a preheated oven Prepare the Batter: In a large mixing bowl, crack the 2 eggs and add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla, 100 grams of sugar. Stir the mixture for 3-4 minutes until it's well combined and slightly fluffy. Add 113 grams of melted butter, and 120 ml of milk. Mix until everything is smooth. Sift together 180 grams of all-purpose flour, 7 grams of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until you have a smooth batter. Gently fold in the chopped apple pieces, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the batter. Layer the Cake: Preheat your oven to 347°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. Pour 2/3 of the cake batter into the prepared loaf pan. In a small bowl, combine 110 grams of brown sugar and 3.6 grams of ground cinnamon. Sprinkle 2/3 of this brown sugar-cinnamon mixture on top of the cake batter. Then, pour the remaining cake batter over the brown sugar-cinnamon layer, and finish by sprinkling the rest of the brown sugar-cinnamon mixture on top. Bake the Cake: Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. The top should be golden and crisp. Once baked, allow the cake to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
