300g Bread Flour
1.5g Dry Yeast
200g Water (room temp)
Main Dough:
All the pre-fermented dough
50g All Purpose Flour
5g Diastatic Malt
60g Water
8g Salt
20g Olive Oil
Tomato Powder (the video explains how to make this)
