One Life and 100% Completion - Zonelocked WoW Classic Challenge

I have decided to dive deep once again into the Vanilla World of Warcraft content by locking ourselves into each zone untill 100% completed. In this challenge we are going to fully complete all zones in WoW Classic one by one with one life and this will be a difficult task...

Here are the rules:
- I am not allowed to leave each respective zone until it's 100% complete.
- The entire zone Quests have to be done as well as any dungeons connected to it if we meet the level requirements.
- Entire map has to be discovered
- We are only allowed to leave for breadcrumb quests and capital city for training and trading.
