In the summer of 2024, my dad and I attempted to thru-hike British Columbia's Sunshine Coast Trail (SCT). After our first attempt to hike the SCT ended prematurely two years ago, an unexpected heart attack reminded us how fragile life is, prompting us to return and finish what we started.
Over the course of ten days, we navigated the challenging landscapes of British Columbia's Sunshine Coast, confronted our own limits, and deepened our bond. This film is more than just a showcasing an incredible hike; it’s a personal story of facing obstacles and fulfilling a dream that was left incomplete.
