I feel like I have figured out the easiest method for the one stick climbing and rappel method. I've been doing this for one season and am never going back. I hope this helps someone! MY SETUP - Saddle (H2) https://www.h2saddles.com/ - Rope (40 ft of 8mm Oplux for rappeling and tether) https://bit.ly/3A72W3p - Prusik Cord (Beal Kevlar 5.5mm Cordelette) https://bit.ly/3rVACOl - Pull Rope (40 ft of paracord w/ weight & carabiner) https://bit.ly/3CjdIFq - Pouches for storing rope https://bit.ly/3lDpm8a - Belay Device https://amzn.to/3xovSlE - Carabiner (For ropeman 1 & balay device) https://amzn.to/3yoKsel NOTE ^ You can get away with running 8mm and 9mm rope on a Ropeman One with a larger diameter carabiner. That is what i run. - Carabiner (For all other uses) https://amzn.to/3xmGzFq - Ropeman One https://amzn.to/3Ceztq6 - Gear Hoist - Doyles Gear Hoist https://amzn.to/37lwga0 - Climbing Stick (Muddy Pro Stick) https://amzn.to/3lwmytu - Platform - Tetherd Predator Platform https://bit.ly/37mJtzs - Camo Hockey Tape (for silencing metal gear) https://amzn.to/3xoJtcw MY KNOTS The knot i use for tying in all my carabiners in is the Scaffold Knot. It's extremely safe and will never come loose. https://bit.ly/3fxDZWV For jointing two ends of a rope together like I do to make my prusik cords, I use a slip knot tied to each end and pulled tight. https://bit.ly/3fwMAJl How to wrap a prusik knot https://bit.ly/3yrDNjg
