📚Description: The Les Paul Personal and Professional were the two takes before Les Paul got his dream guitar in the Les Paul Recording. You can think of them as "prototypes" or precursors to the Recording but the Personal had one cool feature that Gibson has never replicated on a model run again - an XLR mic jack on the upper bout. All 3 featured Les' preferred low-impedance pickups to make the cleanest signal possible for recording.
