I am at My Place in South Bend, IN where they have an undefeated taco challenge. There are three overstuffed tacos that weigh nearly three pounds each! They are filled with refried beans, two pounds of ground beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sour cream. I will have 30 minutes to eat all of this and if I do I will get the $45 meal for free, $100 cash, get an awesome T-shirt, and become the first winner of the challenge. This challenge is only available on Tuesdays but they are in the process of creating different challenges for each day of the week!
