Recipe for cooking and ingredients:
Walnuts 750 gr. (2/3 cup).
Fry in a frying pan.

Peanuts 75 gr. (1/2 cup).
Fry in a frying pan.
Unshelled pistachios 50 gr. (1/2 cup).
130 gr. (1 cup) dried apricots.
100 gr. (1 cup) dates.
Pour cold water for 15 minutes.
20 gr. (1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon) instant gelatin.
80 ml. (1/2 cup) water at room temperature.
Cottage cheese 400 gr. (2 cups + 1/2 cup).
Agave syrup 3-4 tablespoons.
Vanillin.
Natural yogurt or sour cream 150 gr. (1 cup + 1/2 cup).
Grind with a blender.
Cut dried fruits into pieces.
Melt gelatin in the microwave for 20 seconds. Gelatin should not boil!
Add gelatin.
Mix.
Add nuts.
Add dried fruits.
Mix.
Grease the mold with a thin layer of olive oil.
Place the mixture in the mold.
Cover with cling film.
Put in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
