Engine 2.0 DTI (Y20DTH) can be found on the Opel Vectra, Opel Zafira, Opel Signum. This is a curious engine, which appeared in 1996. It impressed with a 16-valve cylinder head with a single camshaft and with an advanced VP44 fuel pump. But this engine was already out of date by the year 2000. It doesn’t impress with power and efficiency. Although its reliability is pretty good. True, in the early samples the VP44 injection pump failed. The repair or replacement of VP44 was very expensive.
