These are actually the 2007 reprints of all the volumes that were released together in a Japan-exclusive boxset called "Thomas the Tank Engine Complete DVD Box 1", if you combine the contents together, the boxset would give you the first three seasons of the show.
Unlike the individual releases that were released in 2000 (albeit later reprinted as rental-exclusives in 2006 by HiT Entertainment), the DVD's in this boxset have an English language option aside from the Japanese audio featured in the original DVD's as well as subtitles in both Japanese and English, the English language option uses the British narration.
Also, the footage in the boxset's discs use the restored versions of each episode instead of the original masters.
I know I could have uploaded 8 different videos to showcase each disc individually, but considering the openings and menus to all discs are nearly identical to each other, I've decided to instead compile them in a single video, hoping y'all enjoy it!
