This video features OR-62 East and OR-140 East from the city of Medford to Klamath Falls in Southern Oregon. OR-140 is known as the Lake of the Woods Highway and is the southernmost major east-west route in Southern Oregon and connects the two largest cities in the region, which are Medford and Klamath Falls, respectively. OR-140 crosses the Cascade Range at High Lakes Pass, which sits 5,105 feet above sea level. The route descends the Cascade Range and follows the Volcanic Legacy Scenic Byway as it passes by Upper Klamath Lake before it enters the city of Klamath Falls.
