The head of the once wealthy Ranavat family, needs a kidney transplant to save his life, the family expects the eldest son to step up and donate his kidney, but before the surgery can take place, he flees.
Luckily, a poor villager named Pravin is found as a replacement, and the Ranavats see to his every comfort, even feeding him crates of oranges prescribed by the doctor. Soon however, the previously meek and servile Pravin turns to greed and lust as he sets his eyes on the riches of the Ranavat family and Manjari, their daughter-in-law.
